Our business and team are growing. We are currently hiring an Outside Pest Control Sales Inspector who will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Outside Sales Inspectors deliver on our core focus of relationship-based pest management. By partnering with our prospective residential and commercial customers, you will perform inspectors on residential and commercial properties and help match the right service to protect homes and the surrounding environment from unwanted pests using state-of-the-art technology, products, and equipment. Effective communication and strong technology skills are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues.

Compensation
While performing job responsibilities, inspectors will frequently engage in activities such as lifting, walking, and crawling. Individuals should be capable of reaching with hands and arms, climbing on ladders, kneeling, and crawling. Applicants must possess the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and be comfortable getting on roofs as required. Inspectors should anticipate working in various climates. We provide proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and thorough training to ensure a safe working environment.

Compensation
- $800-1,000 /week depending on experience level.
- 5% on services sold
- Monthly bonus structure for meeting sales goals

- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work full-time with the potential for overtime during May - September
